1) If your family is planning a vacation, please let me know as far ahead of time as possible. This will ensure that the student is assigned a proper workload and that your billing statement is accurate.
2) I take the following time off each year for Holidays and vacations. No lessons will be held during this time. The exact dates will be made known at the start of every school year so that parents and students can plan ahead. Note: For spring break, I follow the Alpharetta/Fulton Public School system’s calendar. If your school has a different week off, I will work with you to find a solution.
- Thanksgiving – 1 week.
- Christmas – 2 weeks.
- Spring Break – 1 week.
- Independence Day – 1 week.
3) Anytime school is cancelled due to inclement weather, lessons will most likely be cancelled as well. I’ll be honest though – I’m from MN, so if school is cancelled because of only one or two inches of snow, I reserve the right to still hold lessons.
