1) Not every student and teacher connect, or sometimes families move away. For whatever the reason, if lessons need to be terminated, please provide me with a two-week, written notice (emails, telephone calls, and texts will not be accepted for official documentation) either in person or mailed to my billing address.
Regardless of when an appropriate notice is given, students/parents will be financially responsible for those last two weeks whether the student chooses to attend or be absent. Any monies pre-paid beyond the two weeks will be refunded within one month.
