1) I require students to take a minimum of seven (7) half-hour lessons during the summer season in order to hold that student’s spot for the upcoming school year. These lessons can be taken individually or as combined lessons (e.g. Three one-hour lessons plus one half-hour lesson; two one-hour lessons and three half hour lessons, etc.)
Package discounts available for summer lessons are listed here. I am flexible and willing to work within reason around family vacations, camps, etc. Packaged lessons should be paid for either entirely up front, or in installments. Anyone wishing to pay in installments must pre-arrange it with me before the start of the summer term.
2) During the school year, lessons need to be paid for no later than the first lesson of that month. Bills are either mailed out or dropped off by the last week of each month, and will contain the total amount due for the next month, minus any lessons owed. Feel free to contact me with any questions you have about your bill.
3) At this time bills can only be paid for in cash (exact change, please!), personal checks, credit cards, or via Pay Pal. I am not able to accept Certified checks or Bank Checks.
4) Parents and adult students are responsible for acquiring the necessary books or sheet music when requested, or for covering invoiced purchases made by me on behalf of the student. I try to give a heads up at least two to three weeks before new materials are needed so that there is plenty of time to get them. I will never purchase materials that require reimbursement without giving advance notice.
